LEADERSHIP
Spearhead Lacrosse is a privately-owned and operated club based out of Charlotte, NC. As a team, our aim is to redefine travel ball, the way that it's approached and elevate the culture of the sport.
As coaches, our goal is to provide Charlotte-based players an opportunity to play lacrosse at a higher level. That higher level is something that each young man determines for themselves. For some players, that means being the best player they can be; for others it means contributing to a team and being a part of something bigger than themselves.
For all team members of Spearhead Lacrosse - It's both.

There are no shortcuts. If you haven't gotten it yet, it means you haven't done what's required yet. The amount that it takes to earn something is already set, it's up to each young man to decide whether they're willing to do it.

We teach our players that opportunities, rewards, successes, lessons, and steps forward all have to be earned with effort and doing things the right way with conviction.

This can be bringing a teammate with you when you go shoot, or including someone who's looking to belong. We believe sports are meant to be shared and that "who you're with" is more important than "what/how you're doing it".

Owner and Director
Coach Day has well over a decade of coaching experience ranging from middle school to collegiate programs. Originally from the D.C. area, he quickly gained notoriety as a college head coach before bringing his experience back East where he's worked with many middle and high school programs in the Carolinas. A multi-time "coach of the year" winner, Coach Day is passionate about developing players. His success is recognized by his ability to build teams predicated on a culture of dedication to teammates and love for the game, ultimately leading to a winning program - on and off the field.
