Our Leadership and Values:
We are privately-owned and operated club based out of Charlotte, NC. Our goal is to provide Charlotte-based players an opportunity to play lacrosse at a higher level. A "higher level" is something that each young man and coach determines for themselves. For some players, that means being the best player they can be; for others it means contributing to a team and being a part of something bigger than themselves. For a member of Spearhead Lacrosse...it's both.
We believe in three very simple, but important mottos:
1) Everything earned. We teach our players that opportunities, rewards, successes, lessons, and steps forward all have to be earned with effort and doing things the right way with conviction.
2) Bring somebody with you. This can be bringing a teammate with you when you go shoot, or including someone who's looking to belong. We believe sports are meant to be shared and that "who you're with" is more important than "what/how you're doing it".
3) It takes what it takes. There are no shortcuts. If you haven't gotten it yet, it means you haven't done what's required yet. The amount that it takes to earn something is already set, it's up to each young man to decide whether they're willing to do it.
